Start - Parallel Ready Stance

1. 1/4 turn left, walking stance left outside forearm block,
2. Right front punch ( 1 & 2 perform as combination technique)
3. 1/2 turn right, walking stance right outside forearm block,
4. Left front punch ( 3 & 4 perform as combination technique )
5. 1/4 turn left, back stance right double knife-hand block,
6. Walking stance, right finger thrust - ( left palm guards under right elbow)
7. Full turn left 180 degrees to walking stance left back-fist,
8. Step forward, right back-fist, walking stance
9. 3/4 turn left, walking stance left inside forearm block,
10. Right front punch ( 9 & 10 perform as combination technique )
11. 1/2 turn right, walking stance right outside forearm block,
12. Left front punch ( 11 & 12 perform as combination technique )
13. 3/8 turn left, walking stance wedging block
14. Right front kick
15. Step forward, into walking stance right middle-section front punch
16. Left middle-section front punch ( 16 & 17 perform as combination technique)
17. 1/2 turn right, walking stance wedging block,
18. Left front kick
19. Step forward into walking stance left middle-section front punch
20. Right middle-section front punch (18 & 19 perform as combination technique)
21. 1/8 turn left, walking stance left rising block,
22. Step forward, into walking stance right rising block
23. 3/4 turn left, sitting stance left knife-hand (palm down),
24. Slide left foot in, step out into sitting stance right knife-hand,
